Found a scoring problem, confusing control or layout issue? A precise report makes the problem much easier to reproduce and fix.

Include these details

• the game, session mode and match settings;
• your device, operating system and browser;
• what you expected to happen;
• what actually happened;
• the exact steps that reproduce the issue;
• a screenshot when it helps explain the problem.

Protect your data

Ocheflow does not automatically attach your complete match history to an email. Do not send passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information or a JSON backup unless it is genuinely needed to investigate the problem.
